Security instructions
1, A4CSG pump is designed for use in closed loop oil circuit.  Variable displacement axial piston pump designed with swashplate is suitable for hydraulic transmission in closed circuit. Flow is proportional to input speed and displacement. By adjusting the inclined plate, it can be adjusted infinitely.

3,The pump A4CSG is designed to operate in closed circuit.                                                 System design, installation and commissioning need to be performed by trained technicians and distributors.                                All hydraulic orifices can only be used to tighten hydraulic maintenance pipelines.
Tightening Torque
1,Please follow the manufacturer's information on the maximum allowable tightening torque of the fittings used.
2,For DIN 13-compliant fastening screws, it is recommended that the allowable tightening torque be checked in all cases according to VDI 2230 (released in 2003).
3,During or shortly after the operation of the pump, the shell, especially the coil, may be extremely hot to avoid scalding!
Installation Notes:
1,During commissioning and operation, oil must be injected into the pump housing. It must be debugged at low speed and without load until the system is completely degassed.
2,If it stays stationary for a long time, the shell will leak through the repair pipeline. When restarting, oil must be re-injected into the pump housing. The inlet pressure at the suction port S should not be less than 0.8 bar (absolute)
Optional:
1,To achieve a low noise level, all hydraulic pipes (oil suction, pressure and discharge pipes) should be connected to the tank through flexible fittings.
2,The use of one-way valves in pump drainage pipes should be avoided. If necessary, please contact us.
